Jeff McManus doesn’t just lead teams—he transforms them. For nearly 25 years, he turned Ole Miss from an overlooked campus into one of the nation’s most recognized and celebrated universities, earning accolades from Forbes, The New York Times, Huffington Post, PGMS, Newsweek, and USA Today. His bestselling book, Growing Weeders into Leaders, shares how he took an unmotivated, disorganized team and built it into a nationally recognized powerhouse.

A dynamic speaker and member of the National Speakers Association, Jeff has inspired top companies, universities, and leadership teams with his high-impact programs on leadership, teamwork, and building world-class training initiatives. Educated at Auburn University, Jeff honed his expertise through hands-on experience leading large teams and building cultures of excellence.
